- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is a shady, incredibly scammy business. They sent me a letter with legal warnings on the envelope and the letter inside about the new home I purchased. They had information on the home that is publicly available, and made it seem as though I needed to pay them to get documents from them or I could be subject to legal action. They try very hard to make their mailer look like an official government mailing, and then in small print note that the product/service has not been endorsed by literally anyone, and they are not part of the government, and that the entire mailing is garbage.
